 Accords of Maddness
Hi. I realize this is my first post, and it is unrelated to DC. However, I'm really at a loss for where else to post this sort of question.
As many of you problem know, Giskard no longer is supporting oblivion mods. So he deleted all the mods on the site, as far as I can see. I still play oblivion pretty much daily, and I use his mods. So I would like to start a clean slate using Sheogoraths Accords of Maddness, or even find the readme. But he deleted all his stuff, so I'm pretty much screwed over. Is there some other reliable place I can go to get Giskards mods? I'd rather get the mod without it being cut with a bunch of other stuff.
As a heavy giskard mod user, I feel pretty screwed over. I realize the author probably doesn't care, but I'm kind of at a loss here..
If someone here would be able to answer specific questions about Accords of Maddness, I could post the specific questions here as well, if that would be better. Either way, any help about where to get giskards mods or readme's or help or what not would be excellent.

accords of madness is one of the newer giskardian mods... so i personally do not know anything about it... (yes, i have it, and yes it is installed...) but i have never played this mod before so i am at a loss for support... as for giskard... he periodically removes his mods and drops support... check back later and things might be different...

Well, it's just Accords of Maddness today. Sometime later if I get a new computer or something, and have to reinstall, it will be another mod. So I suppose this is a question that can be applied to his and other mods. Also, I'm curious about mods by others that were in his download section.

What kind of a question do you have? Accords of Madness wasn't created with confliction problems in mind - so conflicts will need to be worked out by load order, if possible. Otherwise, it may be a matter of choice, but I don't know of too many conflicts.

Mostly wondering what sort of options are available, how it will change my game. I've installed it but never got to the point where I've actually finished Shivering Isles until recently. So, now I've got the first dialog for starting the the accords of maddness, and I'm curious what to expect. Also, wondering about Kvatch Aftermath stuff...if I've done all the stuff there is to do. Also wonder who is enabled for companion sharing and such. Also if you can invest in the merchants there. Or how the accords of maddness (or kvatch aftermath for that matter) hooks up with Giskards other empire mods. basically all-around general information that is now missing from the engineering guild forums :/

 to Dragon Captions. I have only played a little of the Accords of Madness mod. It adds to the game primarily after you finish the main quest.

Well, if you've taken over as god of the Isles, you get a little more chance to play god. A few more powers - in the Isles only - and respawning Seducers and Saints with their own barracks as well as a new palace fit for a god. Talk to Haskill to get specifics.
There were quite a few changes made from the beginning such as making water creatures hang out near water, etc. But, I don't think the godly quests were completed. Outside troubles brought development to an early end, but the mod should prove fun as is.
As far as Kvatch Aftermath is concerned there are many activities that continue on as long as you like, but if you've built the tradehouses and fought off the second battle of Kvatch against the daedra, you've probably done most of the quest portion.
How the mods fit together is spelled out in the readmes. I really suggest you look those over as it is quite involved and too long of an explanation for a single post here.

thanks Nowena. The problem is I don't *have* the readmes. That's kind of the point I was trying to get across in this thread (among by 60 other sidetracks, lol). Is there someone I can go to download the readmes for giskards mods?

Where did you download the mods? The readmes are normally included in the download package.
