Um. If you mean City Defences, then that's okay. There's one merged ESP of all the cities, and one merged ESP of all the City Defences. But if you activated "Open Better Cities - Bruma.esp" and "Open Better Cities - Full.esp" then you'll get the entire mod twice in-game, including duplicates of some NPCs.
