 Construction Set Extendeder Question
Here are the instructions for installing this modification to the construction set. [quote]Delete the plugin’s INI file while updating and let it regenerate.
1. Extract this archive to any folder and then copy the contents to Oblivion's folder. 2. Extract Construction Set v1.0’s executable from its installer into the game’s root directory and rename it as ‘TESConstructionSetOld.exe’. [The installer can be downloaded separately from the CS wiki] 3. Open the ‘ConstructionSet.ini’ file in your ‘Documents\My Games\Oblivion’ directory and set the ‘bAllowMultipleEditors’ key’s value to ‘1’.
Did no 1. I did no 3. It is no 2 that is confusing me. He also as a file that is labeled TESConstructionSetOld, the icon is one of those little construction machines.
Could some one explain what I am to extract?

The instructions are slightly outdated. For step 2 you now just download "CS 10 Executable-36370-1-0.zip" from the CSE Nexus page, and extract "TESConstructionSetOld.exe" into the Oblivion folder (not the Oblivion\Data folder). I'm actually not sure that step 2 is even necessary, but no harm in doing it.

Thanks, Vorians. I understand you need to do this if you want to do lip sync, use the lip sync tool. I am hoping Euther will give us a tutorial on lip syncing. I believe it is simple but tedious to d. Lip Sync artists are hard to come by and I am willing to learn it to help out Dragon Captions.
Hope Skyrim is easier to do.

Lip synching is VERY tedious. Download this, it should make things a little easier.

Sloth makes the horses essential so I don't need to fix that. There are two other mods that also do that on NEXUs but they may not be compatible with Sloth's. Does Sloth change the ID of the horses?

Back to CS Extender. Because it uses OBSE it says to launch from OBSE. I launch the game from OBSE. Can I have a second OBSE launcher for the CS? Why is it simple things are never simple until you know what you are doing. Which obviously I don't Help!

Maybe Wrye Bash can help? I always used to start my Oblivion with activated OBSE from there.
