so what is the final verdict that we have reached... is the mod ready for relase? or not... if not what has to be fixed before a release...

I'm sorry to say: after I did a quick run of New haven again, in which I did not see any obvious problems, I have not tested any further so far.
I still do have DCRP installed and because I have a lot of manually installed dependent mods, I did not have the courage to remove it yet. (I probably won't at all, in the near future)
Al I can say for now is, from my point of view it looks very good. But please have others, preferably those that don't use DCRP, also verify this, before you release it on a large scale.

Also my not completely stable new(er) rig is still plaguing me. Actually sometimes it's very unstable. Biggest problem for me is, I can't pinpoint exactly what/where the problem is.
It's somewhere in the CPU/Memory/Mainboard-chain. I already replaced the memory, but I still get BSOD's in W7 and sometimes while playing games they just get killed, and I get pop-ups like:
"The application stopped responding". Of course this happens when I am in the middle of raiding a dungeon or in a big fight.
Temperatures don't seem to be an issue, but that's probably because of 5 case-fans in my Antec 1200 case.
Another problem is, I don't have any reference material or extra spare parts lying around for this newer rig, which makes troubleshooting difficult.

Just make sure than when you post it, you make allusion to the future .esp with the quests in it.

Scythe, I was wondering if you had reached the point were Voice Acting could be done. This a good time to do it before the Fallout NV modding starts. Things are slow in the VA Guild right now.

I know lip sync is a problem but if the sound was added when a lip syncer is found it would be ready for that to be done.

Mr K is looking for work for his people and I know you have at least a small part appropriate for me.

there just seems like there is so much to do that i can not keep track of every little bit
