Post CS Render Window activation problem
I have a HP computer with 8Gs of RAM Windows 7

With XP I had no problem activating exterior or interior cells but now when I try to activate a cell nothing happens. I am trying to activate the ICWaterfront04.
I select the cell. I left double click on it and nothing happens. I hope someone can help me with this problem.

Thank you, Scythe. Your suggestion PMed to me did help. :) I reset the compatibility to XP and am now back to my normal CS frustration.

haha... rotations... right click(the object to be roated) and hold it... then move the mouse and it will rotate... to move it... just click and drag... to move up and down... hold down the z key, and move it... (move it refers to draging it with the mouse) and it will move up and down :)

hope that helps with the second part of your question ;)

It certaintly does. :( I've started working on my ICwaterfront project. Shouldn't take me long to do the basics now. Thank you. :D

Another question. I need to do a little landscape adjustment. Is there a way I can lower the ground in a small area just a little bit.

I had a lot problems with that in the past so could really use the help.

Land Height
=========
you probably have already solved this, but hit the h key, and this will open up the landscape editor (if it does not, click into the render window and then hit it) this will give your cursor a red circle around it... to edit land height, i recommend leaving the radius as 1, and if your lowering the land in one spot, click on the spot you want to lower, and slowly drag down...

Render Window
===========
if when you load a mod, the item window appears, and the cell selector window appear, but the render window is gone... just click on the cell selector window, and it SHOULD make the render window appear :P strange glitch... and kinda rare... not a big issue though

Thank you that is helpful. Any other weird things in the CS please let me know. Just about landscaping, placing items and NPCs for now. :)
