 DC Oblivion Crisis
Greetings,
I am Zetsubo and I am a new modder.
I am Currently Working with Scythe on a new mod to revamp the main quest of Oblivion. We hope to add more quest features and NCPs along rewards for closing the gates with the allies for bruma quest.
I am Also currently working on a Mod to add to the Dark Brotherhood guild adding a headquarters for the black hand to meet, and also a place to hold captured rival assassin groups.
I hope to bring you more updates and progress as they become available. I also welcome any input on additions to the mods.
I look forward to working with and becoming a more active, valid, and contributing member to the team.

There are going to be changes to nearly every main quest... these will not actaully edit the main quest however, they will simply be working parallel with the main quest... so for example, the deliver the amulet quest activates when you leave the sewers... this mod will have a 'hidden quest' that adds are changes so they appear to be happening during the running of the original main quest...
this will happen with all of the original main quests... this mod will hopefully add various addition main quests as well as unique rewards for completing the towers and quests...
as for the dark brotherhood mod; that is solely being run by Zetsubo and I trust his judgment on it...

add more skeletons and fallen to the streets while you battle through kvatch... that would be an interesting addition imo... maybe add a little something more to the find the count quest, where he is dead... but you can find the steward, or a few survivors hiding in the side rooms... dont want to do to much with kvatch, because there are other mods that do alot with it... but i often see kvatch as the biggest thing needing changed from the main quest  that is why i guess there are so many mods that do this

Sounds quite interesting and, yes, Kvatch was a loose end that I think Bethesda should have done something about. Doesn't hurt to have another mod to choose.
