Still a lot of people pm me on Nexus for helping them with DC The Elder Council. Most of them have problems with missing resources
(I noticed people having these problems on different forums as well).

so here we go DC Tec install and requirements :

1. dl and install the complete current DC Resource Pack

Note ! The DC version of The Elder Council uses a lot of the new resources stored in the new resource packs ( 7-13) but as well resources from the packs 1 -6 ( which are the originally CURP made by Giskard).

You need all 13 packs and the latest DCRP master esm installed to run DC Tec properly !!!

2. dl and install DC Tec Version 2.3

Very important !!! If you install DC Tec for the first time you have to dl and install the full DC TEC 2.3 archieve not the esp only archieve!!!!!!!

This full version contains the esp 2.3 with all the additions and edits that I've made so far and the Tec Resources ( meshes, textures and sound folder which must be installed in your data folder !!!!).

Note !! A lot (most) of the resources needed for Tec especially the architecture meshes and textures come with the Tec Resources ( DC Tec 2.3 full dl) and not with the DC Resource Pack !!!
Resources used from the Resource Pack are mainly armor weapon clutter and stuff....

A lot of people only dl and install the DCRP and the DC Tec esp only archieve and so have the tec resources missing
I would recommend to add this info on Nexus if Euther returns some day....

If you have installed the latest original version of Tec (made by Giskard) already, you just have to dl and install DC Tec 2.3 esp only
( overwrite the old esp)...that's it.

If you want to use the cobl version you have to dl and install the DC Tec version 2.3 (full archieve download) but use the cobl esp instead of the regular one.
Note that you need cobl for this of course !

for the missing meshes...

There are no missing meshes !!! The Tec resources for the DC version are the same as the resources of the original version and have been tested and as well used ingame 1000000000000 times by different people without any problems.

But if you have missing meshes ( mostly in the IC Palace and in front of Arenthia) allthough you have dl and installed everything properly
...reinstalling the Tec resources (remember the full Tec 2.3 dl )
will solve this problem in most of cases...

Edit...note that some new popular mods like Weather All Natural or Elsweyr desert of Anequina are not really compatible with Tec and will cause problems as well...I don't know if you have permission to work on this mod but I would recommend to update it so that it is compatible with other current popular mods...

well, there u all have it, from the man who did most of, the work on the new version (i know there where others, but onra did lead the project)

make sure to dl dcrp (global reosuce for all dc mods) and the full archive of DC tec, IF this is ur first time using it...

as for the conflcits, i was no aware of such things, and will look for soultions in the futuer, if we are allowed to edit it... which i belvie we are...

Dc The Elder Council - Fort Akatosh Redux - Guards of Cyrodiil Redux

1. Guards of Cyrodiil Redux should be fully compatible with DC TEC if played as a stand alone mod.

2. Fort Akatosh Redux will conflict with the Tec legion features

both mods are using the vanilla imperial legion faction in different ways..so this will not work together...what you can do is playing DC Tec without joining the legion...the mainplot, tax quests, palace, Arenthia etc etc should work fine together with FAR....or you join the Tec legion and do not play the FAR legion quests ( join the regiments)...you will be able to enter a lot ( of course not all) of the areas of the fort and play the Imperial Cult and North East Trading Company quests.

Under the sign of the dragon - Guards of Cyrodiil Redux -and - Fort Akatosh Redux -
as well as the required Tamriel Resource Pack are a now all avaible on Tes Nexus and Tes Alliance .

edit the Tamriel Resource pack is also fully compatible with your DCRP and as it uses bsa archieves it can be used alongside your pack without a problem or flodding your data folder.
