Fallout DLC 5 : Mother Ship Zeta
well as of yesterday, the fifth and suposidly final dlc for fo3 has been relased.. this willl probably the final time i ever turn on fo3, becuase of the lack of replay value for me, wihtout the quetss, and other things in the game to do.. i can not mod it, and the quests stay in my mind forever, i still know morrowinds quest perfectly, or nearly and its been... 2 or three years since i played it last...
but from what i have seen so far of Mother ship zeta, it has been the best dlc as of yet.
there will be little avibleitly of returining to it, after u complete its storyline... as of the fact of.... its going to be like oa, or so i ahve heard.... but its amazing as of yet, im going now to finsh the rest of the second quest, and then the thrid....
just thorugh i would right my thoughts on it, and in this very underused section of the dc forums

Good to hear what you think about it, Biulding. I haven't tried any of the FO3 DLCs yet as I'm still waiting to get the disks.

Heh, I havent even DOWNLOADED this game, and your review of it makes me glad I havent.
Ah well, Im still playing FO/FO2 10+ years later for a good reason (the same for which you dont play to replace FO3rd spinoff)

Re: Fallout DLC 5 : Mother Ship Zeta
hehe the mod was great, very diffrent than the orginal fo3... and made me forget how the actul storyline wen for fo3... becuase its been quite some times since i did anyhting of the nature... fo3 had alot of untapped potential, espcily in the dlc... but agian... time constraints are murderous... truely..

Re: Fallout DLC 5 : Mother Ship Zeta
Which is another reason they shoulda just done a major update to the engine/graphics from FO/FO2, then focused on RP content (oh, wait, they didnt intend a srs RPG, nvrmind :p )

Re: Fallout DLC 5 : Mother Ship Zeta
You know, if you play it like I do, it will take forever to finish the quest. I just get as far as I have to and then explore, doing any side quests that look interesting and letting dear old dad wait until I decide to be done with it. For a game like FO3, that can take weeks, or even months. But, that's what I like rpg's for - the fact that you can enjoy it without actually "playing" the game. Just role play and wander.
And, Tokra? This game is fun to just wander about, seeing all the stuff they put out there. And, I still don't have any of the DLC's. I'm still waiting for the disks.
