:) We BG fans are probably just as contrary and difficult to please as any other hardcore fan of any game. We forget all the complaining and moaning we originally made. Tsk, tsk to us.

You make the Dwarf Noble sound intriguing. I haven't played the city elf either and was thinking about that one. Choices, choices. They game does give you quite a few.

Oh, yes. Choices indeed. That's the most fun part of this game.

human, city elf, dwarf noble... and even common dwarf, all are concted to the main story in some way...

dalish elf i didnt get far enough to get to many major 'conections' to the story...

i really liked the humna story (my fav) then dwarf noble... then city elf... i believe... then dalish and the dwarf commoner was good too :) the last three are all bout equal

never played the mage... was dispaointed that there was only one human origin...

I haven't played a human mage. I liked role playing the elf mage. Having grown up in the Circle of Mages tower he would be familiar with their beliefs and ways of doing things. The conversation he got with the Dalish Elves I found interesting and different.

I wonder why they only had one origin for the human.

Perhaps they ran out of time getting the game ready for release? Maybe they will add another human origin in a later expansion?

My favorite origion was the Dawrf Commoner. I started to really hate some characters in the story just for the beginning.

Hmm. I've tried all of them except the city elf and I didn't get to that one because I felt so vested in the dwarf noble. I rode the rest of the way on a tide of revenge seeking. hehe.
