As for clothing, most of the mods are either simple re-textures of stock ones, or clothing designed to cover less than the underwear a vanilla characther wears (IE: the kind of mod you DL, then position a box of tissue by the computer for) I see very few mods that ever are intended to add to the varietty of period clothing. There ARE some, yes, but not that many.

If you're gona be corrupt, have some truly corrupt options, which can lead to having to become even more corrupt to cover up your crimes, hire bandits to waylay certain people, even night mother rituals possibly.

Re: Idea for a TEC Legion faction mod I'm not a modder so I cannot do anything with your ideas  And I still don't get some parts of your post about cloths. I dislike "hot cloths" so I'm always looking for a nice, elegant robes that I would wear even IRL

Re: Idea for a TEC Legion faction mod What I mean is its impossible to find normal clothing mods on the nexus w/o spending a VERY long time looking, as the majority of them are intented for sex mods and waht not (or for those who think wearing a skirt so short it ends above the crotch is good RP for their hero)
