Post Oblivion modding tutorials
OK. I'm opening up this thread to collect all the various help files we can locate for any of our team members or friends that would like to start modding, or need help on some part of modding. If anyone has links to share, please post below and I will add them to this first post.
Also, if you would like more information on a modding subject - ie, texturing, world spaces, or other, place a note below so we can find something that might help you.

For now, I will start with just the Beth Construction Set modding links.

For the very beginner, here is an introduction:

http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/in ... %27s_guide

and, a getting started guide:

http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/in ... ng_Started

Does anyone know of other good ones for starting modders?

Is it allowed to add G's Quest and NPC's tutorials? I still have a backup if necessary...
We also still have some contributions from Firespark, Doombuggie and Brasilian Engineer in the Mod Maker Help forum.

Hmm. Let's talk to G first. But, I could add links to Firespark's, Doom's, and Brasilian's here.

The other thing I wanted to ask team members is, do we want a set spot to add tutorials (complete that our people write as well as links) in a special spot here? Or, are links enough?

I don't quite understand what do you mean by links. I know what link is but where are the originals ;) where it links to :)

Well, the links I've added above go to the Beth construction set wiki. I'm just wondering if we want to have access in one area to all the tutorials we've made as well as links to the public ones we find.

I think yes we want ;) I'm not a modder, I don't believe even a future one, so my opinion isn't the most important one ;)

I for one would plead for a central place to gather this info (here on DC) and only if absolutely necessary (or other wise too labor intensely) link to external sites.

Well, perhaps Biulding or Misnomer or Otellino can create a section under Oblivion Discussion called Modding Tutorials so we could add individual threads there for each? That way they wouldn't be hard to find. (I don't think I have that capability.)

Well, if everyone would prefer it to be in the library, that's OK. We can sticky the tutorials to keep them from getting lost.
