OK. It's time to ask. Who's playing Fallout New Vegas?
Title says it all.
I'd love to hear from anyone who's played New Vegas yet. Did you enjoy it? Are you still enjoying it? Are you planning on enjoying it? Or, have you decided to pass on this one?
I got it on release day and I have to say my first experience was almost as intriguing as my first day in Morrowind (which was also my very first experience with cRPG's). This one is for those of us who never get enough role playing. And, some pretty good shots for the shooters, too. But, I really get into the NPC's and their lives again.
Now, how about you?

I have played only 10-15 hours, but I feel it´s more or less the same as FO 3. It´s a good game, but so far I don´t feel it adds anything. Yugi ps. late reply, but better late than never

Late is OK. But, if you're a role playing fan, keep playing. I think you will notice some huge differences from FO3. For an explorer type like me, this is great. But then, I'm one of those players who often doesn't bother to finish a main quest in most of my games. I like to play and go my own way and I get the feeling New Vegas was designed with me in mind.

Re: OK. It's time to ask. Who's playing Fallout New Vegas?
Am planning to, but i´m somewhat busy atm, and Fo Nv is a game a like to use "alot" of time in a at once. Not needing to take breaks all the time. I also use alot of my time eploring, actually so far I have checked everything in the sout-west corner. Ihave checked so far I can check without going to a danger zone. What I feel lacking is a quest that makes me interested, so far I feel they are lacking an interest point. And I end up doing them just for the exp.

Cass didn't intrigue you? And you didn't enjoy deciding who to make sheriff of Primm?
Hmm. This gives me a whole new outlook on guys.

I had the game and i did the main quest then after that i stopped playing and went back to FO3. I do go back there for about hour or two, ether FO:NV or FO3. As im working on my Project wich is for FO3 i mostly play that out of the FO games

Re: OK. It's time to ask. Who's playing Fallout New Vegas?
Hmm. I'm almost getting the feeling you guys don't care much for role playing games. I, for one, have enjoyed considering the options on the side quests so much I've just barely gotten to Freeside for the first time, and I've been playing over 90 hours.
As a rule, I've noticed computer games have a lot of trouble trying to figure out how to make a role playing situation, so they tend to fall back on strategy games or shooters. While I don't mind blasting everything in sight when I'm in a bad mood, I tend to get bored with both. I like hearing/reading the NPC's background and finding I have a lot of choices in how I want to deal with them. Makes the game a lot less boring for me, and New Vegas is the first one I've played that really tries for this.

You're in the right place, but the timing may be a bit off. We have some modders on the team who are very good at quests. Perhaps after the Christmas parties they will be able to get in touch.

Hello Members of Silent Frontline and Fans.
31/01/2011 (January 31th 2011) We will be starting to do 'Operation Clean-Out'.
Operation Clean-Out
This Operation will mean that i will NOT add anymore to the Mod butCleaning up what we have in there already.
This will include all interior cells, From A to Z, New and Old.
Remove any Cells thats not needed. making sure all doors are 'Inaccessible' or removed.
I will give it a Month for this Operation.
Next we have the Screen shots. when the 'Operation Clean-Out' is all done out of the way Lt. Col. Lacambra will take a copy of the mod from me and have about a month to take his screen shots witch will replace all of the old Screens that i first did.
The Screen Shots that Lt. Col. Lacambra takes will be then Uploaded to Nexus by 28/02/2011 (February 28th 2011)
Then when the Screenshots are on Nexus and our Forum The mod Silent Frontline Will be uploaded on the 01/03/2011 (March 1st 2011)
Me and Lt. Col. Lacambra will be testing it out of the month of the Shots, If any bugs found then they will be Reported and i hope fixed but the Mod will not go up onto Nexus until they are Fixed.
