I know you guys didn't make this MOD but I was wondering if you have encountered any thing like this:

I installed the MOD - Ungarion, welkynd sword

When I went to Veyond ruins, which is where the sword is, I fought my way through and low and behold the Gardansel (4th level) is just gone. When I activate the door, I am just in space. I can turn around quick and the door is the only thing there is. There is two doors to this level and the same thing happens at both entry points.
I deactivated the mod but it is the same thing. I have no idea if this one or another mod did this because I haven't been in this ruin for a long time.
Is there any way to trouble shoot what is happening?

No worries, it's not a mod we, as in Dragon Captions, support, so it isn't really "Mod Support", but perhaps someone has an idea. It also might help to have a list of your mods and mod order, if possible

Here is the load order.
Also, I was wondering, where are maps stored in the Oblivion folder? Is there a way I can see if Veyond04 exists? Then if it isn't there, can I re-install an individual level?

This isn't caused by Ungarion: The Welkynd Sword. The only edits this mod makes to Veyond level 4 is to add an NPC, and to delete three trolls.

There are two ways you can find out which mod has deleted the ruins from the level. Either disable mods a few at a time, checking in-game until they return, or load all your mods in TES4Edit and check to see which ones edit cell Block 9\Sub-Block 8\Veyond4

I used TES4Edit and when I looked in the Oblivion.esm and in the block\sub block as you suggested it showed up that Children of Rourken and Ungarions had Veyond04.
I disabled COR and know the level is back.
Thanks very much! It is proving to be as much fun for me to learn about the guts of this game, just as much as playing!

I had that happen once myself. At the time I did have both CoR and Ungarions loaded.
