 Custom Computer Reccomendations???I am currently in the search for a custom computer, I am looking at digital storm ATM, but are there any other companies/websites make custom gaming rigs that anyone would reccomend?

Re: Custom Computer Reccomendations??? Depends on whether you build/maintain it your self or have it made by the store.
Also the amount of money you want to invest in it. I reckon you live somewhere in the States and want to do it yourself? You could check for example: http://www.newegg.com or http://www.ocztechnology.com/ Or at least check the prices of the separate parts and buy them where they are cheapest and construct the machine yourself. If you don't (want to) build/maintain it yourself, you can just check with Dell/HP, or the likes. If money is not a problem you could try Alienware (now also a Dell-subsidiary). For reviews, check: http://www.tomshardware.com, http://www.anandtech.com/ or the likes. Good luck in getting your new rig. |

I would recommend building your own and maybe look at this article for ideas on what parts to buy: http://www.extremetech.com/article2/0,2 ... 245,00.asp That one is $1400 plus the accessories which you may already have. You can change any of the parts to fit your budget and objectives better. Re: Custom Computer Reccomendations??? Mostly i build my own PC's. Full choice of parts. Plus i don't really need a neon enabled hyper-cooled with a transparant left side. The money i saved (bought a coolermaster) was spend on a better monitor.
I think the monitor is really one of the most important parts of a complete pc. It will last longer than most parts. And to really enjoy the riches a brand-new graphics card has, the monitor actually delivers. |
