She is not a "he" however. But he didn't know this. Now he probably does. She knew already of course. Anyway, since the original post was suggesting changes to TEC, I was merely stating that they can still be based around TEC, as long as they're placed into a separate ESP dependent on TEC. TEC itself cannot be updated, but it can be master to another mod.
