well i cant seem to get it right, i have the resource pack and the files and stuff but it just wont show up in my obmm
so i was thinking what the hell. there's another vers, the COBL vers. so i need cobl for it (link is COBL v1.6.1+ - http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=21104) but then i cant get that on my obmm either o.0 so a bit help anyone? either vers would be awesome.

i dont use obmm, unless i have to install an omod (like better cites, or ul, or BM, and other mods that are only in that format

im not sure why it would not show up in obmm... i know its not a omod istself, so u cant activate it through that, try opening it with the ob luancher and see if that works correctly for u...

oh, and how do i know if its working or not? do i get a mod item? or a quest notice or something, or do i just have to go to imperial palace?

Eh? Better Cities isn't only an OMOD. It's an OMOD-ready, BAIN-ready, manual-ready standard 7z archive (well, three archives). You don't need OBMM to install it, it's just a very wise move to!
Eh number 2? Unique Landscapes isn't only an OMOD. It's approx. 23 separate standard archives, all manual-ready, most too basic to not be OMOD-ready, none BAIN-ready. You don't need OBMM to install them, but there is an out-dated all in-one OMOD-ready archive available. Though it's not very wise to get that version, it's just for the people who are too lazy.

For any mod to appear in OBMM, you need to either create an OMOD out of the archive (this first requires ensuring that the files of the mod are in the correct folder structure for installation) so that it appears as an OMOD on the right-side of the window, ready for activation... or you need to install the mod manually (correctly) so that the ESM/ESPs appear on the list of ESMs and ESPs on the left-side of the window.

vor for i was saying, better cities, ul (ie complex install mods.. thats easy to go through the scirpted command windows in the omod) then bm.. and other mods that only appear to be in omod format

the palace will be vastly diffrent wen u have the mod installed....

just extract the mod to the oblivion folder... not data... then go into the oblivion launcher and turn it on...

did u install it to th data folder, or the oblivion folder... becuase if i did one, do the other now

i DID extract it to the oblivion file... the folder... the folder contained 4 items... i didnt extract that so it didnt show up.. so i was like what ever and i extracted them... and the it showed up.... im so sorry... thanks all of you

the legioner quests are avaible from the start of the game, the tec main quest, for ocato is avaible after u become the champion of cyrodiil...
