Nakia

Yes I am aware of your eye problems and that was my first guess but then I rethought and thought wrong hehe, I should have gone with me first thought. I am also aware that Otelino had you in mind when he did this site and he has done a good job too. Nakia I am also happy that you now can read Nakia friendly forums

I want to read more so well done a story should intrigue, the only thing I have to offer is this bit "Next to me my dog, Koal, rests his head next my leg" - Would flow better as "against my leg"

Ack, I actually had it that way, but must not have saved that draft :P Nakia saw it right away and sent me a PM about changing it to Koal, rests his head against my leg, and I really thought I changed it...but I went into the drafts and tinkered with the story quite a few times, must not have saved it then (why? i have no idea)...but I like to re-read a story more than once while editing...gives me more ideas. :P

Sorry Nakia!

Thanks guys, I'll change (changed) NP, misnomer, :) glad you aren't perfect either.

I know you experienced modders won't have any trouble copying the book to CS but just in case anyone wants to use and needs a little hlep here is what I do.

Place in you Word program. Edit for text only and then format the test to what you want to do. Copy to notebook. Open CS, data Oblivion, n Clutter, books. I copy any book I want, make a unique ID: Book1CommenBladesHistory..for example. Rename story, delete what ever is there, paste new story.

This could be added to any resource package . Then placed where ever you want it. I tested it in Cloud Ruler Temple. Works fine. I made it a learning book for sneak since The Baroness talks a lot about being sneaky.

If there is a better way please let me know.

My grammar check doesn't seem to catch when I forget to double space after periods so watch out for that.

Glad people like the story, gives me that warm fuzzy feeling.

Far from perfect, Nakia, but the attempt is part of living, yes? ;)

Nakia, you were talking about how to use smell in a rocky environment?

Perhaps you have resolved that, but in case you need some smells: water dripping over rocks from a nearly underground stream will smell delightful. Also, mud has a distinctive smell as does loose dust on the rocks, or many types of moss.

Just trying to help a bit. Great story. I enjoyed reading it and eagerly await the next installment.

Thank you Nowena, we've solved the problem by moving her outside but this is good to know for future reference. I lived in the Arizona desert region so one would think I could come up with appropriate smells. :)

Future story plans: First finish up Kiar's story which is causing me writer's block then the Grandmaster of the Blades' account of their history and then back to the Baroness for the story of her trials and tributlations. That last one Building is going to need to help a lot.

Yes, I know, I'm late... But I did read it eventually ;) And I have to say I like it very very much. The story is intriguing and well-served. I hope for more from you Nowena! :)
