Re: happy brithdday nowena! Wow. With all that, I'm tempted to spread it out for another week.
 Why let the fun go away?Anyway, it ran into shopping time for Thanksgiving - made a killer fruit salad that went over very well - and that rather fun holiday. I guess the good times continue to roll! Cooking my turkey for the weekend and the football games. Already helped eat one at the family get together. And, that was great cause we had that a our cousin's new home which is beautiful. After that, I guess I'll be looking for fun ways to lose some of the pounds.  |

Re: happy brithdday nowena! Lol, why does gaining the pounds have to be so easy and so much fun?
 I was completely and almost sacrilegiously lazy this Thanksgiving...I didn't make a turkey, I gamed all day and went out to eat. It was my only day off in a month, so starting my day with cooking and ending my day with cleaning wasn't appealing to me this year. _________________

I don't blame you, Misnomer. Fortunately, I don't have those horrendous work hours lately, but I've done my share and I don't envy you. Actually, I did my major cooking on the Saturday following. Thanksgiving's meal was a composite of several cousins and was very good. Also, very enjoyable as I visited with relatives I don't get to see very often. |
