The under city looks mysterious and the statue looks impressive from afar. The smoking chimneys at the docks are a nice touch. (I guess this is an addin from or to the Res. Pack?) For the open space near the statue: why not make it a terrace where people can chill (maybe with a waitress from the local tavern/inn). Or add an archery/swords- or axeman training ground, where you can train your skills (if you know how to make it active training, maybe ask Brasilian Engineer?).

hm... i have been looking for a few ways to make the under city feel more homely... im thinking on chaing the far side u cant see (left) and make it mirror the right so i can put more big open fires giving it a more homely look... and there are 4 ledges in this room that lead to diffrent guilds/organizations... hehe unfortunetly, the smokeing chimneys are from ilumniated within (the newst version of it) it has an option for smokeing chimneys  i am considering making retextures of the anvil style houses, and am curious as to what you all think on this? good idea? bad idea? to make the textures resemble more clostly that what is found in the acutal city... perhpas i could make it a training are down there in the main section... hehe i planed on having some faction wars down there just as ambiant "noise" hehe

i planed on having some faction wars down there just as ambiant "noise" hehe More like the regular Anvil style, this could workout, but if you consider that docks are further away from the city and are usually not completely in accordance with city regulations, you might opt to keep it different. (sorry, for making this not any easier.  )

i see what ur saying mate, not all buildings in the county would look like the captial (sutch city) so fair point  the docks will remain anvil style, as wil the other vialges remain their seprate styles... hehe that solves that matter

it could be... i am torn, like i said between the player becoming count, knight commander, or baron of western islands... im not sure which i want to pick yet biulding ps, welcome to the forums

I would be interested in late stage play testing. I am not a modder, just player with skills of observation and partial knowledge of getting information out the CS. I could play test it with a high level character and bunch of other mods running.

that would be aprciated mate... u would be one taht i would be glad to have test... mainly becuase all of the bugs u found in sutch that no one else reported i will contact you wen we get to that point...

okay  user input time  what would you all like to see visualy in sutch... im thinking gardens... the city is the city of nature (kynerith) so... any other ideas.... there are going to be vines, and more planters palced around the city... any other ideas?

I love gardens and seeing people walking around in them. Lots of bright flowers. Not a lot of clutter that Oblivion so loves. I think that should in alleys or backyards. Benches for people to sit on and at least an occassional person sitting, reading something.
Maybe an outdoor cafe? Really can't think of much to go outside besides gardens and you've got that covered.
