Scythe is working on a few projects now, a definite release date for Sutch isn't known. Tokra wasn't saying your question was retarded, he was replying to the end of Scythe's note



And yes, it is a fair question. We don't mind honest questions here, unfortunately we don't have a date to give you. We got a little off-topic on the thread, but I'm sure everyone will stay on topic now *looks at everyone square in the eyes* hehe...if you've been on our forums much, you know that we have a bit of a problem with that.
