well... there is one in the lower class area, 2 in the upper class area, with room for more... so i dont know if that would work right...

but i will be adding more garden space to the upper plaza...

I think upper plaza is a very good place for a garden. Will there be plenty of trees around the city walls? Maybe not too close as it would make difficult to defend

Tea house, the idea..it could have pretty much any beverage, but not designed like a bar. There's this fantastic tea house near me, it's an old house that was converted...it has a lot of different rooms with books, games, there's a piano in one of the rooms. You can wander around the rooms or sit outside on the benches and eat organic vegetarian food... they've also got great organic beer Every full moon they have a huge drum circle (sometimes I bring my didj)...that kind of place, is what I meant.

Well, there are such places here too (thanks for the idea where I can take you, hehe ) You can put an ambient music inside or even have a bard (looking innocent)...

the inn, the flying mud crab... has the inn rooms upstairs, a small table on the mian floor, the a large seating area bellow that.... with many benches, and tables... then the owners quaters in the back of that room...
