A friend and I are challenging each other to come up with a short story, by next Monday. I thought it'd be fun to include anyone here that might feel up to it, because we are creative and wordy. ;) This isn't limited to a TES based story, or one that will go into a mod (although if you post it here, DC has the right to use it, at any point in time), but it can be if you want it to.

There aren't any rules to it, the story can be about any topic you wish, and it must be more than 1 page long (just for a basic idea of length). And that's the only rules. This is a creative exercise to keep the ole brain flowing and muscular (instead of stunted and flabby, hehe). If anyone else is interested, please post here and let me know, if no one else wants to do it, I'll just keep it between my friend and I. This is really just for fun, so if you've got a creative bone in your body, you should give it a shot. :)

Hehe, no worries, I think your 12k worded story officially isn't a short story anymore...maybe more of a novella?

Thanks Yugi, I was just throwing the idea out there for anyone that might feel like it...although poems should be included too... if you have anything you want to share, I'd love to read it...if it's in English ofc, I'm rather limited to the understanding of one language, with a smattering of vocab in some others.

The Writer's Guild should be somewhere you can express whatever you write, provided it follows forum rules (naturally)....preferably TES related, but heck, I enjoy writing, and I know a few others here do too...if it wasn't usable in a mod, it would still be a mental exercise and I'm sure enjoyable to read. :)

Also remember that there are a few different forums here, so if you didn't want it quite so public in the Writer's Guild Forum, it could still fit into other areas.

well, I have some poems that I have submitted to DeviantArt, they are not TES related, acutally they are (so far) about the seasons change and 1 about the emotion sadness :)
So they could easily fit into TES aswell :P
A few days back I just suddenly felt like writing poems, I´m still a beginner so they are not to good, ut who cares :) it´s jsut for fun :)

I do want to write a poem in the style of TES, bu I don´t have the inspiration for that atm :(

*voila* you are inspired

Hehe, no worries, we are here if you want to put some of them out there...I don't like my short story enough to put it up here anyway...but like I said, it's nice to get a little mental stretching done. Maybe eventually I'll have something I write that I'd put on here....guess we all need some inspiration. Hey Scythe...you're writing a lot, what's your muse? ;)
